'Peace of Mind' follows the story of Stephen, a member of the Whiteley wellbeing walking group. The aim of the group is to improve both the physical and mental health of members of the local community in Whiteley.
 

This short, poetic, observational documentary focuses on themes of loneliness and isolation, key issues within our community crossing generational boundaries.

This project uses scenic visuals of the local area to create a 'safe space' that helps to frame the sensitive and deeply personal topics about Stephen's life.
